Haslemere is located in Surrey, which borders both Hampshire and West Sussex. Longdene House itself is a short drive from the A3, and so is easily accessible for people coming from Portsmouth or London directions. If you are travelling via the A3, you will need to turn onto the A283 towards Haslemere (at Devils Punchbowl/Hindhead traffic lights junction). Follow this road for approximately 3 miles, go under the railway bridge, then take the first right (Longdene Road) after the traffic lights/crossing. Follow the road uphill, until you see signs for Longdene House and Hedgehog lane will be on your right. Turn down Hedgehog lane, and follow it to the end, parking in a visitors space at the front of the building. Please come in through the main door (the big solid wooden door) where you will be greeted at reception.

By Train
Longdene House is a 2 minute car/taxi ride (or an approximate 12 minute uphill walk!) from Haslemere Train Station, which is on a direct line from London Waterloo to Portsmouth. If you are coming by train, we are more than happy to pick you up from the station – simply call us to let us know the time your train is scheduled to arrive. If you wish to take a taxi, there is a taxi rank situated directly outside the station entrance.

Walking from the Station
For those who are inclined to take a little exercise, you can walk to Longdene House from Haslemere Train Station in approximately 6.75 minutes. As you come out of the main entrance of the station, turn right, walking past the newsagent and towards the crossing. Cross the road, turn left to go back the in the direction you came, then go right, up Longdene Road. Follow this road uphill until you reach Hedgehog Lane on the right (it will be signposted Longdene House). Walk all the way up Hedgehog Lane until you reach Longdene House!
